A mature and deliberate approach!

What does this mean?

Natural family planning means deciphering the nuances of a woman’s menstrual cycle. The body sends out various signals that point to different stages of the menstrual cycle. Fertile and infertile phases can be clearly delineated on this basis. This awareness paves the way for mature family planning. It allows you to decide whether you want to abstain or use protection during fertile days, or – should you wish to have children – to use these days specifically for sexual intercourse.1

How do I implement this?

The various phases of the menstrual cycle are indicated without chemical, hormonal, mechanical, or even surgical intervention. Over the last few years, several methods for natural family planning have evolved, each method varying from the next in some areas. Some methods require prior knowledge and are thus somewhat complex, while others can be applied conveniently and quickly without experience. There are also differences in terms of effectiveness.
